An urban community garden I volunteer for every Saturday since March 2021. We really learned to work with the earth and learned everything we needed to know to build and cultivate this garden from scratch. It’s meant to serve as a healing space and to provide access to healthy, organic food for marginalized groups.
These are the Instagram posts and printed flyer that I designed for our one-year anniversary celebration.
Design/concept approach: I wanted to emphasize the vibrant earth tones we get from the plants themselves within our garden. I used photos we took of our banana tree and veggies and zoomed in on specific parts to serve as the earth toned backdrops and guide for our color palette.
LOGO & PACKAGING DESIGN
KLOTHO SKIN is a biotechnology company producing pharmaceutical grade cosmetics with exotic ingredients and the most advanced science. I had the honor of creating their logo and packaging. The client envisioned a sleek, cutting edge, minimalist design for both. I created two concepts for the packaging design and we ultimately went with DESIGN 1.
About logo design:
KLOTHO SKIN is based on the origin of the Greek Goddess, Clotho (original spelling), one of the Three Fates who spin, draw out, and cut the thread of life in ancient Greek mythology. Clotho was responsible for spinning the thread of human life.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
• Decreased circle weight
• One repeated Serif component, taken from the letter “K” of Klotho Skin, reflected on left and right
• Repeated Serif components attached to stem
SYMBOLISM:
• Circle symbolizes youth, beauty, and eternity
• Stem in the center of the logo symbolizes a spindle as the Goddess was responsible for spinning the “Thread of Life”
• “K” Serif components symbolizes the “Thread of Life” itself as it’s about to be spun

I was tasked with creating a sleek, modern design for the launch of Dr. Sherif Wakil’s new product, Endo-Test, under his brand The O Concept.

LOGO & BRAND IDENTITY
A student project designed and concepted by me, Angel City Food Co-Opportunity is a Los Angeles-based Food Co-op that aims to educate and provide the community with fresh, natural, organic, and locally sourced foods and consumer goods.
This logo encompasses the Co-op’s mission by representing 1) natural and organic foods with its leaves and roots, 2) community with its hand as the trunk, and 3) the city of Los-Angeles with it’s wings—coming together to depict a tree of life that represents overall health and sustainable living.
The logo can be utilized across print and digital media and the style guide shows variations and practical applications.

LOGO & BRAND IDENTITY
Gusto! Pressed Juicery, designed and concepted by me, is a line of organic juices locally sourced from produce rejects to help tackle food waste.
The logo is comprised of fluid parts (fun, cheeky produce characters) that can be used interchangeably with the brand name itself and for marketing purposes. The bold/bright colors represent a “zest for life.”

PACKAGING DESIGN
These are concept designs I created for Dr. Ahmed under AQ Skin Solutions. We ultimately went with something more minimal and sleek but I was given complete freedom to create four different designs. These two were my favorite.

During my time as a Marketing Assistant for the gifts and stationery company, Knock Knock, I occasionally took on the task of product styling and photography for our promotional campaigns. The particular products used in this campaign were Knock Knock’s various Fill in the Love Journals to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Each recipe starts off with a short paragraph on the specific origin of that dish and each page consists of bright colors that reflect the vibrance of Filipino culture.

This is an informational brochure I designed for AQ Therapeutics's debut product, Joint Relief Solution (JXN). AQ Therapeutics is a sister-company of AQ Skin Solutions. The inside features multiple graphs to summarize and condense the serum’s uses and results, based on a clinical study.
